Bob Ross Painting Lessons in Aargau

At Atelier Karmin in Oberentfelden near Aarau, you can learn Bob Ross's wet-on-wet painting technique step by step. The painting classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as those with experience in oil painting.

Under the expert guidance of Anja Flückiger, you will create your own oil painting during the class – from the first brushstrokes to the finished artwork. While you will learn and develop your painting techniques, the main focus is always on enjoying the creative process.

Painting Classes for Beginners and Advanced Painters

Whether you are painting with oil for the first time or already have experience with the wet-on-wet technique, everyone works on the same motif while building on their own individual level of experience.

Each step is clearly explained and demonstrated. As a beginner, you will learn the basics and discover how colours and simple brushstrokes gradually come together to create a landscape. If you are more experienced, you can refine your technique, try new approaches and develop your own interpretation of the motif. Whatever your level, you will have the opportunity to improve your skills and take home your own finished oil painting at the end of the class.

What Can You Expect from a Bob Ross Painting Class?

In each class, we paint a selected motif together. You will learn typical techniques from the Bob Ross painting method and discover how to create skies, mountains, trees, water, happy little accidents and other landscape elements with oil paints. There is also plenty of time to ask questions and experiment with the different techniques.

The Atelier in Oberentfelden

Atelier Karmin is located in Oberentfelden near Aarau in the canton of Aargau. The Bob Ross painting classes take place in small groups and a friendly, personal atmosphere. Here, you can take time to paint, try something new and immerse yourself in the world of oil painting for a few hours.

What is Included in the Class?

You don't need to bring your own equipment. Oil paints, brushes, painting tools, canvas and all other materials required for the wet-on-wet technique are included in the class. All you need to do is come along and start painting.
